AGASSIZ CROSSING SUBDIVISION
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA

Lightowler Johnson Associates provided land surveying, civil engineering, and electrical engineering for Agassiz Crossing Subdivision in Fargo, ND. All infrastructure design, underground utilities, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fire protection, road design, curb and gutter, lighting and paving were provided by LJA. The project was completed in two phases and is over 130 acres.

AGGREGATE INDUSTRIES DRIVE
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA

Lightowler Johnson Associates provided engineering design and construction administration for .6 miles of a 3-lane city street in Fargo. Engineering work includes, but is not limited to, set up of utilities, developing storm water systems, watermains, driveways and all paving. The roadway cross section was a 10 ½“ non reinforced concrete roadway over a 12” Class 5 subgrade. This street provides a vital connection between 7th and 12th Avenue North in Fargo.

CALICO PRAIRIE SUDBDIVISION
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA

Lightowler Johnson Associates along with a local commercial realtor designed a new development master plan. The project involved an overall site design that enabled various commercial, residential and recreational developments. A construction time line was also utilized to show the development of each phase.
