PIONEER PLAZA OFFICE REMODEL

Lightowler Johnson Associates Lightowler Johnson Associates was hired to remodel the second floor of the Pioneer Plaza Office Building located in downtown Fargo. Lightowler Johnson Associates provided full service design including construction management, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.

The remodel consisted of demolition of existing walls, electrical and HVAC. The new space was designed as an open office space with three private offices, computer server room, computer setup room, boardroom, and conference room. The space has been designed to be flexible for future needs.

Lightowler Johnson Associates provided architectural and planning services for a local commercial realtor for this Downtown Fargo building. The purpose of this project was to provide preliminary planning for future tenants and illustrate the future renovations that would be completed. Included were multiple schematic floor plans; selection of office furniture, interiors and moveable walls to provide flexibility; as well as conceptual renderings.

MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING
CLINTON, MINNESOTA

This project involved the design and construction of a new multi-purpose municipal building to house City Offices, City Maintenance Shop and City Fire Hall. The building is a one-story, pre-engineered steel building with pre-finished steel siding and roof system. Heating is provided by under slab electric cables.
