EXPERIENCE:

 

Mr. Berge is Registered Land Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in the surveying field.  His experience has included projects for state and municipal government entities and private clients.

 

Mr. Berge is registered in North Dakota and South Dakota. He has performed numerous projects including ALTA surveys, construction staking, topographic surveys, residential and commercial plats, construction surveys, construction observation and section breakdowns.

 

Construction observation duties include resident inspection, periodic inspections, interpretation of plans and specifications, review of change orders, pay requests, shop drawings, test reports, and construction progress reports.
