Pepsi Americas Call Center and Office, Fargo, ND- Lightowler Johnson Associates assisted LexStar Development with the design and construction documents of the new PepsiAmericas Call Center and Office Building in Fargo, ND.

The new facility consists of call center space, office areas, meeting rooms and training facilities.

Pioneer Plaza Office Remodel, Fargo, ND—Lightowler Johnson Associates was hired to remodel the second floor of the Pioneer Plaza Office Building located in downtown Fargo. Lightowler Johnson Associates provided full service design including construction management, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.

The remodel consisted of demolition of existing walls, electrical and HVAC.

The new space was designed as an open office space with

three private offices, computer server room, computer

setup room, boardroom, and conference room. The space has been designed to be flexible for future needs. The

office has a modern telecommunications and security system.

Lightowler Johnson Associates Office Remodel, Fargo, ND— Lightowler Johnson Associates (LJA) was in need of a larger office space. LJA Directors proposed the remodel the upper level of the 700 Main office building with future tenant rental spaces on the lower level of the building. LJA planned around not only current needs, but also the needs of the future as well as additional tenants.

The use of technology in the office design, HVAC systems and electrical/ data systems were to be utilized. Unique design was an essential requirement of this space. Computer aided design was used to model the space to allow building owners and Directors of LJA a clear view of what was proposed.

This project was the first project to go forth within the Renaissance Zone in Downtown Fargo. The intent of the Renaissance Zone is to encourage the investment in Downtown to improve the area. The funding of the new LJA offices were assisted by the City of Fargo through the Renaissance Zone Authority. Prior to funding approval LJA Directors were required to present the project to the City of Fargo.

Lutheran Social Services Office Remodel, Fargo, ND—Lightowler Johnson Associates was hired by Coldwell Banker and Lutheran Social Services (LSS) to assist in the remodel of the former American Federal Savings & Loan (Northwestern Federal Savings & Loan) building located at 720 Main Ave. in Fargo. Lightowler Johnson Associates provided full service design including architectural, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering..

The remodel consisted of demolition of existing walls, electrical and HVAC. The new space was designed to accommodate a large volume of occupants and workstations. LSS required an open floor plan to allow for maximum flexibility.

The remodel included the entire main floor of the building as well as a 2,000 sq. ft. portion of the basement. Within this area, existing bathrooms were remodeled to allow for handicapped accessibility.
